Tasty Tuesday – Krunchy Kale Chips!

This is going to be a short Tasty Tuesday, but still a very yummy one!!

We have been eating healthy here in the P. home, and sometimes we find it hard to refrain from delicious crunchy salty snacks! That is until I made Kale chips!


They are super duper easy and you really only need 3 things!!


Kale – pre chopped to save you some time!

Olive oil

Sea Salt


That is it!

Here is what you do!

Pre heat your oven to 300 degrees.

Next take your bag of pre chopped kale (It really is a huge time saver, because the stock on kale is really hard and not very fun to chop!) spread it out on parchment lined cookie sheets.

I found some great organic olive oil that I put in a spray bottle and sprayed the kale. This means less oil and a more even coat!

Sprinkle on your salt and throw those puppies in the oven!

Bake for 10 minutes or until you see the edges browning.

Once out of the oven let them cool…if you can!

And then enjoy!!


I think they smelled wonderful and tasted great! The teenager on the other hand thought they smelled like bad farts! I did make her try one and she said they tasted way better than they smelled!
