Ruffled PJ’s Blog Tour

Once Upon A Sewing Machine has an adorable PJ pattern for little girls that is perfect for the Holiday season! I was very excited to sew up Princess B some new pajamas! She will not wear footie pajamas at all so these are perfect!

This week during the blog tour you can get the pattern at just $5.00!! Head over and get yourself a copy! Ruffled Pj’s.

Little Miss Priss didn’t want her picture taken without mommy so I apologize for intruding on her pictures! :) When the model starts being a diva you have to improvise!

Meltdown avoided with a binky and a snuggle

I love the mini ruffle on top. It is little and dainty like a little girl should be. Without making these scream holiday by using green and red I decided to go with a more “frosty/icy/snow” look.

I added some piping to the ruffle to add in an extra color and I also added a banded hem on the pants. Princess B has this rare condition where she grows out of everything within minutes of mommy sewing it. There is currently no treatment for it and it doesn’t look like it will stop until she hits about 17-18 years old! The extra on the hem will keep her wearing this finger’s crossed into the new year!

Once I told Princess B to get me her Goodnight Moon book she was a happy camper!

The icy blue color is perfect. Adding extra length is great for those rapidly growing toddlers. We have been there. Thanks for joining in on the fun this week.
