Mmm… I know Tasha usually does the Tasty Tuesdays, but I had to share these pot stickers I made for lunch when she came over last week! I was cooking them and all of a sudden she was there with my camera taking pictures (that’s the part I always forget which is why I don’t do these posts :D). That’s what friends are for!
The recipe is from Cooking Light. That’s the only magazine I still get in the mail – Pinterest has kind of ruined other magazines for me!
First you wrap up the pork and mushroom mixture inside wonton wrappers.
And set them on a cornstarch-ed cookie sheet.
Fry them for thirty seconds on each side and then steam them.
And then drizzle them with the amazing sauce!
Mmm, again. I didn’t have green onion so I substituted freeze dried chives. They turned out so good! Seriously, add these to your menu this week! You won’t be sorry!
